Reminder to Clubs, Coaches, Wrestlers, and Officials
posted 12 February 2009
The wrestling year is now approaching championship season. All clubs should have registered with SAWA for the 2008-2009 season. All athletes and coaches need to be registered as current members to participate in SAWA programs. This is very important for insurance purposes. If anything happens during a SAWA sanctioned event, the club, coach, wrestlers or officials must have a current membership in good standing.

Coaches with carded athletes please insure that they are getting all their paperwork filed with the office in a timely manner. Carding will not be released unless the proper documentation has been completed.

Good Luck to all the coaches and wrestlers in the upcoming competitions.

Sincerely, Tim Myrfield, VP Administration
