Morning Technique Sessions: 10:00 a.m. to Noon |

focus of these sessions is to teach basic, intermediate, and |
| | advanced
skills that will enhance every level of wrestler in attendance. |
| | Afternoon
Scrimmage Sessions: 1:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. |
| | The
focus of these sessions is to have athletes scrimmage with a |
| | variety
of partners. Campers will be involved in high intensity wrestling |
| | through position drilling,
offense/defense drills, and matches. |

| Eligibility: | High
school or older Elementary school aged wrestlers who will become |
| |
Champions. |
